This Large Original Orange Box 3.71 M33 design PSP Theme is compatible with M33's 3.71 firmware. Since these don't necessarily make use of PTF files, they won't work on official firmware.

how to put in PSP? It is not a ptf file....
how do i put it on psp!!! i have 3.71 m33!!!
you hold (r) and select and then open your flash 1 if im not mistaken and replace the oj box files with the ones on your psp but make a back up in case it bricks your psp and when thats done the files you need to replace should be in a file called vsh. if this makes no sense to you email me at ravengothguy@yahoo.com and i will be more elborate on what you should do
